Before dinner we enjoyed a pre-dinner drink at the lounge called the Bar where we also listened to the trio of musicians perform. Hotel Director Paolo stopped by to speak with us.
Afterwards, we dined at the Seishin Japanese Specialty Restaurant for our first visit there.
There is a specialty restaurant fee. There are three options. There are a couple of tasting menus of sushi and sashimi and another item or you can have the full course dinner. We went with the full course dinner. The sushi and sashimi are made by the chef in the middle of the restaurant.
There are not many tables and they do a nice job of spacing the number of people who arrive at any given time. Three waitresses took good care of us. We took photos of all items except for the final dessert item.
We were fortunate to have the only table with no-one on either side of us.
All in all it was a fantastic meal. We were not rushed and even though it was a set menu we were there for close to two hours.
Seisin Signature Caviar Sorbet
Sushi and Sashimi
Carpaccio of King Scallops and Waterpower Roll of Spider Crab
Semi cooked Saku Tuna
Tempura including Shrimp and Asparagus
Signature Tepan Wagyu Beef
Great news is that we set the clocks back one hour before going to bed.

Since we set the clock back one hour, Keith woke up a little earlier
than usual and did some reading and writing before making his way over to the
Fitness Center. This was the
earliest he had arrived and thankfully the entrance door was unlocked so he
could start his workout well before the official opening hours. Television choices were very limited
given that this was very early Sunday morning and for those of you who exercise
this was one of those days where it was a little more challenging for Keith to
get into the “zone” and he was thinking, “how will I get through 90 minutes on
the Elliptical Machine?”
Thankfully, for the playlists he has created for indoor cycling because between
two of them, which include some news songs, he has added he did find that
zone. By the time Keith finished
his workout, a handful of other people were working out. Only other mistake Keith made was not
taking bottled water from the room with him before the workout although he did
drink a bottle of water in the room before working out because no water is
placed in the Fitness Center until 7:00 AM. On the good news front the container of wipes to clean the
machines has been empty each morning Keith arrived to the center and not even
refilled until an hour after the center opens, but Keith brought this to the
attention of the salon manager who said she would notify housekeeping and a
full container was available. Now
Keith will mention water. Oh
well. Life is great so no
complaints.
When Keith arrived back to the room we both read and wrote and we
enjoyed breakfast in our room.
Today it was cereal for both of us, rather than the oatmeal for Keith
along with a banana and coffee.
Need that caffeine to start the day.
We anchored off of Belize around 8:00 AM. As is the case with the other ports of call we didn’t plan
any tours. Keith did do reading
and received some helpful hints from a couple of people a few months ago.
We took one of the tenders provided by the port over to Belize. The tender ride took about 10
minutes.
Nice Day Care Center for the Husband's while the wives can shop, shop, shop at the nearby Jewelry Stores.
While the wife is shopping, the husband can drink, drink, drink.
By the time the wife tells the husband how much she has spent for jewelry, the husband laughs it off as he has had too much to drink. Back on board the ship, then the "fireworks" begin. LOL.
Some people were booked on various tours including snorkeling and other
water or beach related excursions.
We just wanted to walk around.
As today was a Sunday most things were closed. So we just walked for awhile and then returned back to the
ship.

For the remainder of the day we just made it a sea day on the ship.
We both took a one-hour walk mainly outside and finished it up by
walking inside the ship.
We enjoyed lunch at La Terrazza, making another salad entrée and then we
both worked out at the Fitness Center.
Keith ended up logging 2 and ½ hours on the Elliptical Machine. Anne Marie sat out for an hour and
Keith watched a movie. All in all
another nice day mainly on the Silver Spirit.
This evening we plan to dine at The Restaurant.
Life is good.
Keith & Anne Marie
